Delete Your Account or Data

We respect your right to control your data. You can request deletion of specific data or your entire account.

Delete Specific Data

You can delete specific data from your account without deleting your entire account:

  • Photos: Go to Dashboard → Photos → Select and delete individual photos
  • Family members: Go to Dashboard → Family → Remove family members
  • Routines: Go to Dashboard → Routines → Delete individual routines
  • Calendar connections: Go to Dashboard → Settings → Disconnect calendars
  • Paired devices: Go to Dashboard → Settings → Unpair TV devices

Delete Your Entire Account

If you want to permanently delete your Luana Home account and all associated data, please be aware that:

  • All your household data will be permanently deleted
  • All family members, routines, and photos will be removed
  • Any active subscription will be cancelled
  • This action cannot be undone
